Fri-yay Fabric! Autumn in Bluebell Wood

Autumn in Bluebell wood fabrics

OK it’s official. Here in the UK all the darker evenings and chilly Autumn air has given us a huge boost to our quilt productivity levels! We’re finishing old projects and starting new ones, so this obviously means it’s time to go fabric shopping (though we do find this is an urge that hits us throughout all the seasons to be fair).

We wrote earlier this month about our love for the Lewis & Irene Fall collections, and today we’re having a lot of fun here in the LPQ office with their new Autumn in Bluebell Wood range.

Nature motifs are here to stay

We’ve seen many a quilt trend come and go in the years since we launched, but woodland motifs and nature prints seem to be a theme that’s set to run and run when it comes to our fave fabric collections. The Autumn in Bluebell Wood range has everything we love about Fall – trees turning to flaming hot shades, super-cute fox and hedgehog motifs and (of course) Autumn leaves.

Lewis & Irene project

We’re resisting the urge to run outside for a stomp in the woods as we type this!
